RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, refunds are offered for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
Final sale items are unable to be returned, unless deemed faulty by our team.
Please note that the cost of return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. Please note that the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by our team.

Please include your order number and email address.
Please note, no returns will be accepted without an approved return authorisation. Orders which are to be returned at the customer cost, shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
